I have a very good once-in-lifetime situation that has to do with my lifelong disability pension, but the downside is that there is only one legaly delicate way to get the beurocracy of the metter to work out in the right way.
Hello ****, thank you for sharing some details about your situation. To assist you better, could you clarify what specific legal or bureaucratic challenge you are facing with your lifelong disability pension? For example, is it related to eligibility, documentation, or an appeal process?
The setuation is like this: they told me that I should fill in a document thats called " puudu maar " and bring it into department of social security. I know that If I'll do it there is a Chance of and error that shouldnt be there. I have and idea of how to stop this error from happening, but Im not sure how to get it done.
Thank you for explaining, ****. To help you further, could you clarify what kind of error you’re concerned about? For example, is it related to incorrect personal information, missing documentation, or something else? This can help in addressing your concern effectively.
The error can happen If the social security department worker Will choose a type of processing of the document that is different from the adequate one.
Thank you, ****, for providing more details. It sounds like you're concerned about how the social security department processes your "puudu maar" document. To assist you:
- In Norway, administrative decisions must comply with the Public Administration Act ("Forvaltningsloven"), which ensures fairness and proper decision-making.
- You can request a written explanation of the processing before submission and verify it meets the required criteria.
Would you like guidance on how to formally request this or on safeguards to reduce processing errors?

How I think this can work is: there should be a serious official worker who works with a serious official oversite and that worker should tell the department of social security in Estonia what the correct way of processing "puudu maar" is, becouse If I will go there and do it myself there is no guarantee that they Will choose the correct processing still.
Thank you, ****, for explaining further. Since this involves Estonia's social security system, you might consider:
- Requesting written confirmation of the correct procedure from the relevant Estonian authority.
- Engaging a legal or administrative advocate in Estonia to communicate with the department directly on your behalf.
