I am caring for elderly parents, & their Aussie Shepard dog. My father has been getting letters & i was confronted, as well by civic league president that we have to muzzle or rehome our dog

Most recently my father fot a hand delivered * pages of examples of statutes ordnance etc.. & at the bottom he sounded threatening us to rehome our dog
