Debt Payment Options Available

Due to a judgement default with Discover credit card I have a receivership wanting me to pay $* and then annually it will go up $*. Until paid off. I am not sure I can pay this and wanted some advice. I am currently not working and they have frozen both my bank accounts.

I don’t have much income and my expenses include mortgage payment and utilities

I have been talking to somebody about my judgment, default and receivership. I spoke to somebody over there and they want me to make monthly payments of $* and then annually add $* to that until the amount is paid off. I am not sure that I can handle that. As of right now I’m not working so I’m wondering what to do or whether I should file bankruptcy. Because discover try to take the money out of my Prosperity account it is negative in one account $*.* and in my other account $*.*. In my Randolph Brooks account I only had $*.* so now I have a zero balance
