Okay so I have a business that was provided to me from my father since Covid took heavy toll on him mentally. So then I took over the business but then during Covid my father was a tenant, and during Covid time, unable to pay people since no income due to construction business - lockdown time in Covid. So what then happened also, unable to pay rent, the landlord, becoming his creditor naturally, blacklisted him and caused all of us to have no choice but to stay on but in same time he applied for eviction process to start, so also since my father also had to sign a acknowledgement of debt two times, he was basically forced to sign something payment terms not affordable, and in process the debt ran up, since the landlord did not want the amounts that were afforded, but that of the full amount he dictated. So in the end he made threats to me and my business and said my father used me as a vehicle, my father is in his *`s, to move forward and defraud everyone in process. Which is and was obviously not the case. He tried to liquidate the company last year, company did not sign lease or anything, he lost the case, and this time he has applied again, but also included my father this time as another respondent. What is going on, and what should we do? He is very vindictive and also discussed my fathers affairs with him with my landlord.
