Hello ****,
How can I assist you with your legal issue today? Please provide more details about your situation.
Okay so I have a business that was provided to me from my father since Covid took heavy toll on him mentally. So then I took over the business but then during Covid my father was a tenant, and during Covid time, unable to pay people since no income due to construction business - lockdown time in Covid. So what then happened also, unable to pay rent, the landlord, becoming his creditor naturally, blacklisted him and caused all of us to have no choice but to stay on but in same time he applied for eviction process to start, so also since my father also had to sign a acknowledgement of debt two times, he was basically forced to sign something payment terms not affordable, and in process the debt ran up, since the landlord did not want the amounts that were afforded, but that of the full amount he dictated. So in the end he made threats to me and my business and said my father used me as a vehicle, my father is in his *`s, to move forward and defraud everyone in process. Which is and was obviously not the case. He tried to liquidate the company last year, company did not sign lease or anything, he lost the case, and this time he has applied again, but also included my father this time as another respondent. What is going on, and what should we do? He is very vindictive and also discussed my fathers affairs with him with my landlord.

Okay so he already evicted my father along with us in *. Its at the new residence he came to harass me with my landlord, discussing my father`s debt and us as criminals with the new landlord. We cannot, and thereby myself as well, cannot afford advocate or attorney at this stage as my sister was also fake employed and I need to look after her now. I stay in South Africa, in Somerset West. I cannot afford more lawyer debt, the company cannot afford this, even though my business earned money monthly, we survive and we dont thrive. What to do please?

What are mediation services? So even though I own the company now who he is making allegations against, I took it over from my father as my father was self employed, and thus the previous owner, but the company is not legally obligated here, as my father was the tenant and the one who signed the lease agreement. Can I thus still be protected here and seek a harassment order still?
Mediation services involve a neutral third party helping to resolve disputes amicably. Here’s how they can help:
- **Facilitator Role**: Mediator guides discussions to find mutually acceptable solutions.
- **Confidential Process**: Discussions in mediation are private.
- **Cost-Effective**: Often cheaper than formal legal proceedings.
Regarding protection, yes, you can seek a harassment order to protect yourself even if the company is not directly involved. Document the harassment and consult local legal aid for assistance.

- **Criminal Allegations**: Imprisonment might only be considered if there are criminal charges, which would require substantial evidence and a separate legal process.

I am under the impression a spy has been planted next to us. The same creditor use to tell us, I have a recording of this, that he must have us regularly watched. We used to suffer harassment, or anomalies on our phones. I did speak with my attorney about this, also strange conditions on how the new neighbor moved in also being a technician. They lied about who the landlord was, the previous guy that stayed there was a friend of mine of school and the name of the person and number supplied, when we phoned it, I could hear and recognise the new neighbors voice. What to do?

Yes, but if he has been planted here, how do I prove this further? I had the police over to his place in April this year, and also a teltonika device was seen by police and that device I have noted was the device that was seen when someone else accessed my company`s cpanel. Also he never made a case, he always speaks in code in the backyard. I suspected that they have used a femto cellular against us, to listen into our calls.
