Well if you're indigent status there are no services that are provided to help people with limited means and they make that statement on any website but in order to find clauses respectfully you have to dig deep to find the statues and all the limitations thereof therefore because I'm homeless and a victim there are no services provided so therefore that's falsely stated

The state promises help of provided services but when you go and ask to get those provided services they can't help you none of them can and I've been doing this for 2 years I know I've made the phone calls had the conversations dealt with plenty I know my laws I know where I stand and I know where I don't stand and therefore there is nobody in Jacksonville or the State of Florida that will help a person with limited me read your laws statues go on the websites you'll see if you're not familiar with them then maybe you should be

What specific actions did the landlord take that led to the theft and fraud allegations? In Florida, landlords are required to follow certain procedures when dealing with tenant's property.
He called the police called me a squatter and when the police arrived the landlord changed it to trespassing and I abandoned my camper and vehicle when I clearly was living in it . He never filed for anything like eviction paperwork or writ of possession or anything. For the last 2 years he's been making profit off of my stuff every month
