I have been charged with theft by a Walmart twice. Both cases were dismissed. This last time however, they provided fictitious evidence. They submitted a fake receipt that they claim they obtained from me. Which is false and could be proven on video. For a retainer to not only file charges against a customer for theft but to provide fake evidence makes me feel like this is a lawsuit. Am I correct?
