Hey ****! When you're writing a motion for recusal, it's important to be clear and concise. Typically, the impact statement is included before the conclusion to highlight the significance of the perceived bias. It emphasizes how the bias affects the fairness of the case. Do you have any specific concerns about the judge's perceived bias that you want to include?

Hey ****, it sounds like you've been dealing with a challenging situation in your case. When drafting your impact statement, consider mentioning specific examples of how the misclassification impacts your ability to seek appropriate damages. You could say something like, "The misclassification of this case as a small claim significantly restricts my ability to recover the full extent of damages sought, thereby compromising the fairness and integrity of the proceedings."
Would you like further assistance with other sections of your motion?
