Hi, I am trying to settle with a large dept store. This is now going on 2 years. They did not allow me to take my service dog with me. I had a lawyer and he settled with them for $*. the lawyer finished his job and it's over for him. Now, I got an email from the store telling me they will only accept $*.*. I told them only if I receive it today by courier. No reply from them. I told them I would take them to small claims court. I want to write them a letter stating that Monday I will put in claim myself and represent myself until the court trial. How do I write all this.

Dear [Store Manager's Name],
I am writing to address the ongoing issue regarding the settlement initially agreed upon between myself and [Store Name] concerning the incident involving my service dog. As you are aware, my lawyer settled for $*, which was agreed upon and accepted.
Recently, I received an email from your store proposing a revised settlement of $*. I responded promptly, indicating my acceptance only if the payment is delivered by courier immediately. Unfortunately, I have not received a reply or the payment.
Due to the lack of communication and fulfillment of the agreed terms, I intend to file a claim in small claims court on [specific date]. I will represent myself until the court trial unless a satisfactory resolution is reached before then.
I hope this matter can be resolved amicably and promptly. Please consider this letter as formal notice of my intention to pursue legal action should the matter remain unresolved.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Sincerely,
