I am a citizen with no criminal record at all. I am a licensed driver and very competent about my civil rights. There was an unjustified stop by police whom discriminated and conducted based on appearance and car driven then for safety of the community

I was pulled over by the police, and the policeman walks up and states "why don't the plates match your vehicle?" So I gave the title to the cop and he "states the plates on the title do not match the plates on the car!" Then prcoceeded to ask if anyone is on probation, or parole and asked for all of the occupants and I ID's. The policeman also stated "that it smells like marijuana in the car."
Thank you for sharing the details, Nani. To better understand and provide relevant information, could you let me know if you were issued a citation or any other document during or after the stop?
