I never even had any reason to be arrested ..Sept * september 4th False Imprisonment, False Arrest, Excessive Force tazed me * times no warning & held me @ hospital */* &spine tap me w/out my permission.. i was charged with resisting arrest by police officers who Falsely Arrest, False Imprisonment used excessive force to get me.. 5 months later A Oneida cop out of its District came too munnsville said I had warrant for my arrest I got ror and put on probation.. can I sue them ?
