The ABA has failed to respond to the past * contacts Ive made. The magistrate judge at our no fault eviction facilitated fraud and refused to allow us to speak at the hearing. On appeal the district court judge committed felonies in evidence tampering perjury from the bench and other violations. Rendering my family homeless without regard to our disabled family members or the fact of it being October and winter setting in.
