I was at osf hospital and they kept me in a room with no check up for over * hours. I got up and was going to the chapel and a nurse said i needed to stay in my room their was * security guard and a nurse, one of them could have walked me! The broke my 1st amendment! Chapel is open */* Then at another hospital after that one they disregarded my signature twice. I never signed to admit myself and the second Day I Signed to leave they illegally with held me hostage for * weeks. The longest one can stay at the psychic ward, now I'm label as psychotic( I want that changed) and have to take medicine Or I Get sent back! They have already sent me back for a month in Detroit! The day before I got shipped to Detroit. I got beat up by a security officer at osf! I ran all the way to the otherside to get away from him he beat me up I told him I'm entering the chapel and I know the password to the outside door. I then got swung around and my shirt almost came off I have two videos on my phone of him chasing me before he beat me up and swung me so I couldn't enter the chaple! I will be sueing the delta force * company and him personally! He broke my * amendment also!
