Hi ****, I’m sorry to hear about your situation. To provide accurate information, are you looking for guidance on how to ensure the video is considered, or are you seeking something else?
yes i am looking at guidance on how to get the video considered
Hi ****,
To ensure the video is considered in your case, you could:
- Ensure the video is clearly labeled and easy to locate within your complaint.
- Submit the video directly to the Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner (OPCC) if it hasn't been already.
- Consider seeking legal advice from a lawyer who can assist with the submission process.
If you haven't already, filing an appeal or request for reconsideration may be necessary.
can you type up a email response for me about the fact the 3rd party video i originally complained about was never investigated and how it shows i was clearly the victim of assault not the perpitrator and ask for a review of the case with the 3rd party video included here is the video url https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1TL0KbzOY1o
Sure, ****. Here is a draft for your email:

Subject: Request for Review of Case with New Evidence
Dear [Recipient's Name],
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request a review of my case concerning the incident on December *, *, involving members of the Vancouver Police Department. A 3rd party video, which I included in my original complaint, was not investigated. This video clearly shows that I was the victim of assault, not the perpetrator. The video can be viewed at the following URL: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1TL0KbzOY1o](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1TL0KbzOY1o).
I kindly ask that this video be considered in the review of my case.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
****
