the county attorney allowed the mother non custodial parent parental obstruction by allowing her to keep our daughter as i was the residential parent. He did not enforce the court order. eventually 7 months later we had a hearing meanwhile during this time the mother kept the child without a temporary order. I went an talked to the scfhool principle for my daughter and told her the prior year i used drugs and was having a heart to heart to take responsibility for my daughter if she was different. The principle called the mother and the mother called her attorney and the attorney called the judge. The next thing i know is i am ordered to take a fingernail test. well it showed a dirty. when we appeared in court the test showed clean. the judge used this illegally obtained drug test, allowed the custodial interference , failed to get a temporary order, and on top of that she failed to pay child support for 10 years intentionally. without a motion filed the judge erase her debt to me, annuled her child support getting her out of contempt of court also not finding her in contempt for taking and keeping the child
