I am seeking legal advice for my brother Terry Lemmond whom is incarcerated at the Stone county jail in Mtn view Arkansas. He was arrested on may * and a public defender filed an Act * in his case due to mental illness (diagnosed schizophrenia) he had a court date for today and was scheduled for a screening that has yet to be done. He has been being held in solitary confinement with no contact, medical attention or medication for this time period

Yes. They are saying that they have nowhere to send him and waiting for the screening but I have not gotten a valid response to why nothing has happened
