I'm curious how threats to my life, liberty, and property are acceptable, but standing up for myself against paid state employees is not. Also, the State can't be the Plaintiff because it's not a man or woman who can testify and utter words, show ID, or point at me and verify the complaint. The Plaintiff has to appear, and I have the right to face my accuser and have witnesses. The court has not followed due process of the law, and I don't think it's right for them to force me to do anything if they can't follow their own rules which they are duty bound to obey.
Hi there! It sounds like you're facing a complex legal situation. Could you share more details about the nature of the case and the specific court orders you've received? This will help in providing more relevant information.
I was in a public right of way filming the theft of a man's private property when I was grabbed by the police chief, man handled and harmed by another officer, and thrown in a cage for * hours without seeing a magistrate. I have sent a claim of damages to the Town, which they then used to acquire my email address and use it for their public business, after I only consented for them to use it for my benefit. They are trying to run roughshod over me and I'm trying to stop them. What they're doing is highly illegal and unlawful.
It sounds like you're dealing with multiple legal issues involving unlawful detention, misuse of personal information, and potential misconduct by law enforcement. Here’s some general information that might help:
- Unlawful Detention: You may have grounds to file a complaint against the police department for unlawful detention and use of excessive force.
- Misuse of Email: The misuse of your email address could be a violation of privacy laws.
- Facing Accusers: The right to face your accuser is protected under the Sixth Amendment, but specific details depend on the nature of the case.
Would you like assistance connecting with local lawyers who can provide more detailed help with your case?
I don't trust lawyers, and I don't wish to be forced into an adversarial tribunal where a government "the state of..." is against (vs.) me. That means the Plaintiff is not true government, in which case they cannot force me.

- Misuse of Email: Potential privacy law violations.
- Right to Face Accusers: Protected by the Sixth Amendment.
Would you like more detailed information on these topics?
Not if it involves any legal procedures, as I am not a member of the legal system. Also, the judge gets paid, prosecutor gets paid, public defender gets paid, bailiff, clerk, etc., but not the defendant? How can I get proper just compensation for my time and energy without going to court? This is a municipal corporation, not someone who is my ruler, master, or judge.
