I called the day I went to use the card and it was declined the my credit card Feb/* They said they can close a account with telling me the reason..I had just sentthem $* on Jan * on a $* bill,,I was selling my house and moving in with my daughter this was during Covid. I received no notice, it was when I went to use it that it was denied,embarrassing. I tried to pay the Balance, with my Chase checking account that I opened in Nov * but I was told I couldn’t use that account to pay the bill, I would have to go into the’Bank and pay cash. I had the money in the Bank. I got mad and hung up,, Is this how they treat a customer after 29 years, perfect payment History? I paid $*,* twice, when some man from Chase let me use the checking account. We opened the credit card in *. We had perfect payment history and score was *.
