My brother got my some stock through Stockpile. They changed their model to a monthly paid account a couple of years ago, and so I wanted to close my account. I sold my stock and have tried to transfer my balance out repeatedly. The options for transferring were a free bank transfer or a $* printed check. The service they use is Plaid and I've tried to transfer the money to my personal account and also my brother's account and it won't work. They've continued charging me $* monthly for this, despite my having contacted them to close the account over a year ago. Can I do anything about it?
