Vandalism Report And Diversion

Summary

A vandalism report was filed, but no charges were made as the user complied with the property owners requests. Since there are no new filings or warrants, it is unlikely to affect the users diversion review. However, consulting with an attorney is recommended for reassurance. The report may be on file with the police, but if no charges were pursued, it might not have reached the city attorney. New charges are unlikely to be brought up at the diversion review unless new evidence arises.
