I was sitting in my car in a privately owned parking lot of a hotel an officer came around the corner and blocked my car in he came up to the window and said that I was parked in a handicap spot without the handicap sticker he then saw a drug-related object in the car and said the car smelled like marijuana it then escalated into a whole situation and he ended up having to call back up and whatever on his end not my end but when he took me to the jail he never wrote me the citation for being parked in the handicap spot which was his whole reason that he stated as to why he even came up to my car to find the drug related object or the smell of marijuana
