He was picked up on Thursday July 20th on a warrant against my 15year old child for second degree child abuse and second degree assault. It was self defense she kept swinging at him and he swung back one time n contacted his fist with her cheek causing a black eye he was giving no bail with out any defense

No he has not been to court yet but even at bail review there was no side told I don't feel he should be sitting and she is free
