i was convicted of assalt and batery with intent to commit a felony (sex crime) in oklahoma adair county i was sentenced to and agree to 5 years suspended and 15 years on the registery i have registered with the state and cherokee nation like i was suposed to one a year and now out of no where cherokee nation upped my level from level one sex offender to a level three saying i have to registter every 90 days and for liffe
