The arrest occurred in the state of Michigan on the night of *-*-* (between 9pm & 11pm) resulting in two Felony charges: Count *; Simple Possession Of Methamphetamine, also Possession of analogues. However. accepted guilty plea to poss of drug analogues in exchange of having the methamphetamine charge dropped.l(amphetamine / dextroamphetamine) pills were not in the pharmaceutical dispersed container bottle, as instructed by more than one of her physician's. Generally medical prescriber's instruct any patients who are prescribed restricted /classified scheduled substance's (especially those in the ll & lll classification categories) to keep them @ home in a remote area. Preferably inside of either lock box or vault, ideally positioned hid in an inconspicuous spot, which wouldn't be readily easily accessible to the other household members, guest's or visitors (espresso children)
