Lawyer forgot to issue a transport order while I was in jail and a warrant was issued… the courts held me responsible and put me on a pre trial release and made me go to rehab 15 months later I completed rehab and went to court the judge told me to start all over and I was not allowed to leave the rehab…. Then the enhanced my misdemeanor to a level * and gave me a 15 month cap
