Hi Kimberly! How can I assist you with your legal issue today?
I was stopped on a traffic stop for a crack in the windshield. I was a passenger in the car. They asked the driver to get out of the car and placed him in the back of a police car. Then * male police officers came up to my car window and asked me to step out of the car they were going to have a k9 unit to come do a check around the car. I informed them that I did not feel comfortable getting out of the car with all * of the large police offers standing at my car door with there hand on my car door handle. I told the police officers I wanted a sergeant to come to the car. The sergeant to come to the car and informed them I didn't not feel comfortable with the * male police officers standing at my car door. Could they please step back then I would exit the car. The sergent then informed them to step back. I rolled up my window and that was taking to long according to the police officers . So they ripped me out of the car and placed me under arrest for obstruction.
