I was arreted for being asleep due to head injury i was not impaired passed breathalyzer had no illegal drugs or parafenelia. My question is after i was arrested they drive me to my moms home and wake her up tell her im down the road unresponsive and unconscious to gain entry to a hime where i dont live was this legak?
