So in * he was sentenced a residential DOSA was revoked in */* and was sentenced to the rest of his res. Dosa and consecutively to serve a prison dosa and when completed so much DOC time. So he did the prison time on the res.dosa then started his prison dosa and finished the required trsatment while in custody and completed it again when he got out to do the remained of his prison dosa out of custody. So at somepoint since we transferred his DOC to kittitas county from cowlitz county in WA. Theynstop running his prison dosa out of custidy time snd started his regular doc and march of this year started it back up. He was revoked */*/* in yakima county somewhere he doesnt have any charges out of in hearing he brought up how they messaed up and they said they did but we are gonna do it anyways. Now he is in prison when he shouldnt cause his dosa sgould have ended in march not started again. Also once i call cowlitz county to have charged vacated tbey confirmed tbere was i believe * chargez needed vacated due to thenblake law
