IN june * my husband was arrested for manifacturing of a controlled substance ( we rented out the studio house on our property) our renters without or knowledge started cultivating marajuana and our house got raided husband and renter were arrestedchargers not filled and i was site released and ticketed for marajuana cultivation my charges were never filed fast foward 3 years and my husband and i arrested on felony warrants my charges were changed i pled guilty to Renting the space for the manufactring or sells of controlled substance but our renter got no chardges and my husnabd is in jail for maufacturing how can i be charged for renting the space if my husband lived with me i did ot rent to him shouldnt he be charged with renting space as well
