I just recently moved back to Chillicothe Missouri from Kansas and I got pulled over for a warrant that happened over 13 years ago I just had my first arrangement today and when I asked to get a dismissal it was denied because my 14th amendment and the statues of limitations do not play in my favor for this case is what I was told
