I hired a very good reputable lawyer for a DUI and drug charge. He is allowing me to pay on a payment plan and usually his clients have to pay half up front then the other half on a payment plan. He helped me out by allowing me to pay the full amount in payments because I did not have the money. Does that mean he will not be as motivated to help reduce my charges?
