Being sued by debt collector, I already been to schedule hearings multiple times just for it to be set for another date, I sent certified letters to the court and debt collector attorney for compel motion for arbitration with the arbitration agreement contract, I have gotten no response from the court or the attorney and its been a month now, I'm due back in court Jan what should I do if they didn't respond back
