My daughter has been bullied for years at the school she's attending. Over the years nothing really ever happens to these girls mainly verbal warnings or they get the girls together to try and get them to apologize to one another which does not fix anything at all. As of last year there was a new girl that came to the school and joined the group of girls that constantly bully my daughter and this year on January Friday the 19th * this one girl put her bags in my daughter's seat which is two bus seats up away from where she sits and my daughter took her belongings and stuck them in the seat next to her and the girl told her that she did it because she doesn't like her and proceeded to say horrible things to my daughter to the point they got into a scrap the principal spoke with both of the girls and gave them both one day in school suspension starting that coming up Monday as well as the school nurse check both girls out and both girls were diagnosed as completely fine all weekend long goes by most of Monday goes by and all of a sudden my daughter is being told by the girl that she got into a fight with as well as the principal that aloria would have to serve an additional punishment if it came to light that there was any permanent damage to that girl and the girl started saying that aloria deliberately crotch kicked her in the vagina which she did not do my daughter goes to school this morning and she's in the middle of gym class and I get a call from the principal that the story has changed again and now the girl's parents have called and said that she has a concussion so lauria had to be picked up and brought home she is serving OSS today and that she does not know if there will be more days added that she would let us know by the end of the day when I spoke with the principal on Friday I asked her if the bus had video to view and she said that it did so I asked her if she would be getting that video from the bus so that it could be viewed and she said that was her plan it is now Tuesday the day I had to pick up my daughter for OSS and the principal still has not bothered to get that video from the bus and is relying on the group of girls that constantly bully my daughter for information against my daughter as well as videos they recorded of the fight from their phones the principal then called me back shortly after speaking with her to complain that my daughter illegally used her phone on school property while in the gym locker room getting her regular clothes on I was the one on the phone with her however another student came to the principal and told the principal that aloria was in the locker room on the phone with somebody telling them that she would absolutely do it again and that another friend of allureias who has a heart condition
