I told PACE and they said they are going to talk with her about assisted living but i know shes going to refuse that but she is NOT welcomed back to my house because it's not safe and it's no one to care for her.

I spoke with a Elder care lawyer and since she is in her sound of mind they do not have a leg to stand on. But i spoke with PACE and i told them the nurses and social workers i do NOT want her here. Will they still allow her here even though she may want to come back but its not safe?
