My father passed away in *. I had purchased my childhood farm in *. After my father passed away my brothwr told me he had purchased the farm off of the court house steps. I believed him and moved. Then in October 7 years later he came to my house demanding i sign a paper stating i recieved everything. Instead of signing it i took it to the court house to ask what it was. They then asked if i recieved the * my father had left for me. I knew nothing about. So over the last few months ive been doing some reserch and descovered they got the money and the deed of the property in their names by lying.

Ive tryed but they all know one another and they dont want to sue one another. I feel as if im out of options.
