Yes actually she took over everything because I had the traumatic brain injury I don't know how to say it because of my injury she greatly undervalued everything she lied on the whole affidavit she threatened me throughout the whole thing she made me sign everything said I wouldn't get anything if I didn't sign it she gave everything to my son gave me nothing my son wasn't even an heir. My son got a truck at 280Z a mobile home all of his possessions most of his money I got a small amount of money and nothing else it was very sad it was very sad how it turned out I couldn't do anything about it because of my brain injury

She made us sign a paper saying that we'll be okay with everything in order to get any settlement whatsoever will that hold up at all it was a horrible thing when she made a sign it it was very much yelling and screamingeaming calling its names

I was very much like to contest it I would like to charge her with all the fiduciary things that she did wrong I would like to make her account for all the things that she did all the values that she never made all the money that she ripped off she never gave anybody an account for anything it's horrible what she did yes I would like an attorney but no I can't afford one and my brain is not working right I do have proof of everything though but how could I do anything without a lot of money would have an attorney even talk to me

Yes there was the first simple estate affidavit that she turned in and then we went to court I thought it and then she had to turn in another one because I thought the first one she had to sign another one that was amended one and I just said I agreed with it because she forced me to

But I did have all the proof and all the evidence of all the different things that were wrong with it and all the different values and whatnot all the lies in it

Yes I have all of that information but do you think a lawyer would talk to me without having a lot of money I have both the affidavits and I have all the information about the values of everything and how she did all of the lying and the pace evidence and everything and all the messages and whatnot

Yes I would very much like that I've got to tell you I'm very scared of her though she's got life insurance with my name on it and she's also got the advanced directive on me

She got the advance directive on me and she signed it herself she was my insurance agent at State Farm and she told me that they dropped me because of my health and she didn't tell me that she picked it up and started paying for it yet she started a policy on me and has been paying for ever since she is beneficiary and her husband and also my brother Berkeley which is the one that molest Ed me my entire childhood I know for a fact she told me state farm just dropped me nothing about a new policy nothing about her taking the policy overpolicy over I know for a fact that didn't happen and I know for a fact she did the policy on her own and she did whatever paper manipulation in order for her to take over the policy he did that on my mother also she showed me how she did my mom's without my mother knowing.

Yes I would really like to be connected with the local lawyer please everyone I seem to have called is busy doesn't have time for new case or doesn't want a simple estate case

She signed my advanced directive for self I didn't sign it

Just like she signed the life insurance for me herself I didn't sign it I didn't agree for her to take over my life insurance I thought it was just done over with I didn't agree for her to take it over I thought it was just done with dropped apparently she decided to take it over and start paying for it I didn't know that

She was my life insurance agent for last * or 30 years 20 years ago when I had the life insurance she said that State Farm was dropping me because of my health I thought I'd just been dropped well apparently she had taken over the policy instead of just letting it drop she started paying for it instead I had no idea I had just found out in the last couple months the I called in to make a payment to change Bank information and they said which policy is this on I said excuse me and they said the life policy or the car insurance I said what life policy that's how I found out

She signed both of them

She used my signature that she had before in her computers to sign them I did not sign them

The insurance people swear that that's my signature when they try to match it with my other signatures but I know I did not sign the document I didn't even know about it and that wasn't even my legal name in that year I was married in that year

I tried reporting it to everybody I could possibly report it to and never got any response from anybody

Please my phone will die soon. There are also other life insurance policy's that were done illegally. And thefts that were not thefts through state farm !
