I recently created a living trust. I added in my LLC (LLC has * rental properties). Oklahoma does not require an operating agreement so I have not created one. When opening an LLC in Oklahoma you only provide the name of the LLC, not the members. I need to find out if adding my LLC into the trust will suffice when the time comes to disperse the trust assets.
