I signed a settlement agreement when the judge told me i would have to add my father as a defendant in the lawsuit to choose if funds misappropriated by the trustees had to be put in the trust. Everything ive read tells me he doesnt have this right

My brother was executor for my mother. He told the estate planning atttorney she had nothing in her name. She had a $25K CD and atleast one bank account as well as an investment. My father told me he allows my brother to control him because he lives in the house and he can't do it alone. We suspect my brother with the same first and last name as my father put his name on my mother's bank account. I know he has an ATM card associated with a bank account that he wrote down and then claimed the account was depleted by my mother when she was alive. When their attorney learned about my evidence he advised my siblings to have my father put me back in his Will. I recorded my suster trlling me this.
