Revocable Trust Reverse Mortgage

Summary

A revocable trust is often used to manage assets and avoid probate. Reverse mortgages become due upon the borrowers death, and heirs have limited time to settle them. In California, if a reverse mortgage is held beyond the allowed period, legal action may be necessary to resolve disputes. Consider consulting a local attorney for guidance on potential predatory practices and to explore options for reclaiming the property.
