Cps became involved with me when they got a report of domestic violence and my daughter was present. When they came out they brought a sheriff with them and ran my name and I had an old warrant so I went to jail. My daughter was at my moms because she was going to watch her for me to go to work that day and the cps worker wanted to do a background check on everyone who lives at my mother’s house. Everyone was fine except my brother that has a drug charge almost 5 years ago. Anyway they made me place her elsewhere supposedly until I got out of jail then I could have her back. I got out of jail the next morning and called the cps worker to get my daughter back and now she’s saying I have to do things first.
