Now I wanna read some of the. reviews. this judge has received when she was an attorney before becoming a judge. Has a poor way of treating people and seems to have some serious bias issues. Background unimpressive. She won't fight for you because she values her friendships with the state and the judges more than her clients. Julie will tell you that everything is your own fault even if the state has no evidence. She will tell you that you deserve to be in jail and that if the police beat you it's your own fault. She loves continuances. Never get her as an attorney. I was in jail for 5 years before she got me out. She is also very negative all the time. I did win on appeal though, no thanks to her love of the State.
