I also want to know. if I file a motion on September * * a motion for the court to compel respondent to voluntarily provide his bosses bank records to the court or for the court to subpoena the spouse's bank records. and the judge states for me to withdraw the motion, retitle it and resubmit it, meaning refile it and I do exactly that

And on October 15th while. at a hearing involving another situation in this case I inquired about that motion The judge stated it is not up for discussion yet.

But then in November. while we were on Zoom once again for another issue in this case, I once again inquired about that motion. The judge verbally stated, oh, I hav....ct that. Ohh well, I'm denying it now

It gets even worse. so I was allowed to subpoena the response. The respondents motorcycle loan records and auto loan records and have them directed to be sent to the judge for her review. The judge received all the documents, but she never revealed them. And these documents show large cash payments paying off the motorcycle, paying off the vehicle But no money in his account. And his Chase Bank statement show consistent sell payments to the spouse.

So when the court gave those documents to me and when I seen that. I got a subpoena stamped by the clerk and submitted it to. Huntington bank for the spouse's bank records. The judge in the respondent. without my knowledge, apparently had an emergency hearing via zoom. and they decided to hold me in contempt. for issuing a subpoena for the spouse's bank records. Right before our reconsideration of ongoing child support payments. Hearing.

I also wanna know if the judge denies my motion or requesting retroactive twice and both times verbally states that she has already handled retroactive. When the court file shows that she has not. but today, during the hearing, she stated that arrears are retroactive child support. when they are not.
