Hi Kelly! Can you share a bit more about your legal issue? This will help me provide the best information for your situation.
In Louisiana The Hearing officer submitted $*,* more income than I have ever made causing a child support obligation I am behind on among denial of interim spousal support and more. I objected but when in front of the judge pertains to the objections he said he did not know what they were although the record was in front of him. I feel the hearing officer took the request from opposing attorney and submitted his recommendations without reading the transcript giving a onesided story. I feel I will not get fair treatment. The presiding judge had an hour long private meeting with opposing counsel notifying my attorney * minutes prior after speaking to him for * minutes that morning. She denies this or said possibly she didn’t know I had counsel. I feel the judge is not going to be fair as opposing counsel is an assistant district attorney

I was told to leave my home child supervised visits although it was stated in the transcript he didn’t read there was no need for further drug testing as I was not on drugs or alcohol. Unfair child support and medical bill obligations

Because opposing attorney is an assistant district attorney and two firms seem to take their orders from her one said it would cost a fortune to catch up and one said they were not accepting cases like mine and one said they were too busy. I don’t think anyone local will represent me. But sure
