*. There was never a hearing conducted regarding my motions to subpoena the Respondent’s spouse’s bank records. The Court directed me on September *, *, to withdraw, retitle the motion, and resubmit it, which I did and refiled on September *, *. However, on November *, *, during a Zoom hearing for another matter in this case, I inquired about the motion. The Court then claimed that the motion had already been denied. When I pointed out that no ruling had been issued, the judge summarily denied it on the spot. *. The court lacks a court reporter and transcripts, whether proceedings occur via Zoom or in person, leaving crucial facts undocumented. On December *, *, the Court issued an order falsely claiming that a hearing had taken place on the matter.

*. Naser's subpoenaed motorcycle and auto loan records from Evergreen Group/Performance Finance, and Capital One Auto Loan Finance were ordered to be sent directly to the judge for review. The goal was to reveal that Naser does, in fact, have a higher income that is being funneled and hidden into his spouse's Huntington Bank account, which his Chase Bank records also directly prove. *. The motorcycle loan documents, received by the court in early September *, showed a down payment of $*,* made on July *, *, and a full payoff of $*,* on September *, *—less than two months later.

*. The auto loan records, received by the court on March *, *, revealed a lump sum payment of $*,* on August *, *, fully satisfying the loan early. These records clearly contradict Naser’s financial disclosures and prove hidden and higher income. *. Naser also made a down payment on the townhouse in September *. which is not reflected in his Chase Bank records. *. Naser's last financial affidavit, dated October *, claims a $*,* balance on a new vehicle loan, which is not reflected in his Chase Bank records.

My twin sons, Armani and Juliano, who graduated high school in May *, were forced to take out student loans because the court did not order Naser to pay for any educational expenses or full tuition based on his misleading claims of financial struggle. This was despite clear evidence of consistent Zelle transfers to his spouse. *. The Court’s rulings have repeatedly been based solely on Naser’s misleading verbal and written statements in the pretrial memorandum—without a single document or financial record ever being submitted. *. The Court did not review the court file that contains a signed child support complaint dated April *, *. Retroactive child support has never been ordered, cheating the children out of entitled support from that date forward.

*. I have a right under Illinois law to subpoena relevant third-party records when they are directly connected to determining accurate child support, and especially when overwhelming evidence of concealment exists. *. The Court’s actions—quashing subpoenas for critical records, refusing to acknowledge evidence, issuing orders based on false statements, and punishing me—constitute abuse of discretion and intimidation of a self-represented litigant. *. The contempt order appears retaliatory and designed to suppress my lawful attempt to secure fair and lawful child support for my children.

*. A fair recalculation of ongoing child support cannot occur at the April *, * hearing if Naser’s actual income remains hidden and undiscovered. Continuing to block discovery of these facts only further cheats my children out of their lawful entitlements.
