I am wanting to respond or start a new cause or challenge of minor guardianship. My children in my marriage age * and * were taken from the home and i was falsely accused of neglect and drugs and i married into a family that is stake president lds and the paternal aunt is a mandated reporter CASA Volunteer who has used the court superior court of benton county wa as leverage and moved out of the state to IDaho with the paternal father my husband (not divorced ) and the paternal grandparents and there was a rape of a child investigation in * regarding the paternal grandfather and my son she doesnt let me see my kids hardly talk to them no judge signed a final order and a comissioner is acting as an honorable judge
