I am currently going through a custody battle after I filed for a modification . My coparent has since filed to have sole custody and has threatened to file to remove my parental rights. My coparent has stalked me and done malicious assaults by allergen (easy to get away with and deny) but he is telling the courts my reports against him are frivolous and asking for a bill of peace as well what can I do

thanks for info. We don’t have a court date as of yet but we do have a parent teacher conference soon. I tried to schedule separately but he is insisting on attending. Our custody order states both parents should attend. I am concerned for my safety (since I was stalked after the last conference we attended together about a year prior). Should I still go to the conference

I have voiced my concerns with the school and the principal sides with the father (since he is the registering parent) I am also concerned he will be recording everything at the conference and may have residue of my peanut allergy on him
