Guardianship Options For Disabled
Summary
If a primary physician is unwilling to fill out a medical affidavit for guardianship in Missouri, you can seek a second opinion from another physician. Additionally, consider involving another medical professional or a social worker who can testify about your mothers condition. Consulting with a local attorney can also provide guidance. For further assistance, contact the Missouri Bar for a referral.Full Conversation
