He is in a terrible abusive marriage. Their child is over *. His "wife" is the abuser. Hopefully in the next few days she will be server a warrant for asault and battery.

I have reported abuse to adult protective services. (Ambulance was called to treat my brother after the assult. Wife is claiming my brother is having an "affair" who knows. He works at a Walmart with a lot of ppl and talks to everyone. I dont think he knows a stranger. Anyway, wife will not go for a divorce. She wants half, i have heard, the house. Who knows what else. They have very little income, wife does not work, she stalks him at Walmart, daily. I was hoping my brother could get a divorce lawyer "pro bono"
