regarding my appeal for a TPR Order in CA at my .* hearing the judge specically mentioned a time from AUG to NOV * where I was in the Drug program and said it was too long to go without seeing my son .... then goes on to say * hour once a week was not enough time to build a bond but that's the amount of time DCFS allowed , I never have had a say regarding how often I see my son. then said she didn't believe it would be detrimental cause he didn't cry at the end of visits with me and was building strong attachment to foster mom. During my appeal the attorney refused to argue Caden c exception and now I need to move forward with IAC Claim
