Over a year ago my father and I agreed on him taking verbal temporary guardianship of my son until I was able to get back on my feet and stability, a few months back my dad had given my son to another family member and recently I had went to go get him and was refused to have my son back by the people my dad had left him with, I'm trying to figure out if I'm legally able to just go grab my son from them and bring him home. I still have custody and no other court orders saying otherwise
