Twice a month, I'm on parole, not working and I don't have any transportation either. I have to see the psychiatrist tomorrow to see what she tells me. So I want to change the visitation to just once a month

I emailed mediation and told them that I made a mistake that I wasn't ready for this yet, they told me to just go to court and let the judge know that I wasn't ready. But the judge said another mediation date and court date after that today
